Dang ole Stor-It off Camas…. Easy enough to rent online with no contact. Easy enough to check out come checkout time. Fella running the joint keeps it clean and tidy. My only complaints are when the gate stayed open all weekend at one point and it would be nice if the units were individually alarmed and folks had to punch out with their code and not just in.

Property manager at the Cloverdale location (Greg) is great. He's very professional and responsive to any questions. Stor-It prices for trailer parking is very competitive in the Boise area and several spots have a good amount of room to maneuver. I would recommend this place to others.

I’m highly impressed with Stor-It, specifically the Cloverdale location. The units are built strong, are well-maintained and affordable. The grounds are clean and well-kept. Brandon was fantastic in helping me choose a unit that fit my needs and budget, and took the time to show me a variety of options. He’s promptly answered any and all questions I’ve had about my contract and is extremely personable and good-humored. I know I’m in good hands with these guys.

I first contacted their Maple Grove facility by accident. I wanted the Cloverdale facility. Maple Grove was extremely accommodating with what was available at their Cloverdale facility even though I contacted the wrong place. When I pulled up to Cloverdale the young man was there to greet me at the driveway to ask if I was the one who just spoke with Maple Grove. Very impressive. I should have remembered both of their names. Sorry. However, everything went very smoothly. The good old Idaho way. This is why I choose old established Boise companies and not new out of town ones that don’t even have someone to talk to in person. This is the way businesses should be operating. Customer service! I’m proud to be an Idahoan. And, fellow business owner. Keep up the good work.

I have had a few storages in my time and this one is by far the best, and best experience! The staff are always ready to help me and my husband. I am disabled and with only one income, things get tight. But the mgr and staff have worked with me when we needed help so we didn't lose our storage. They are almost always avail to txt if I have questions, and are great people to have in your corner. I even accidentally backed into my storage door but because I was up front and told them it happened, they were so cool! Didn't charge for the door or repair! We are so thankful for this team they have!

Quick and simple.... very competitive price

What a great experience with Stor-it finding RV storage space in the highly competitive and tight Treasure Valley market. I stopped in at one facility that was full but their staff person, Danielle went out of their way to research and find one of their other locations that had space available. I immediately drive to the location on Camas Road and was greeted by the manager, Brandon who was equally friendly and professional. He tried very hard to get us in one of their spaces, but could not due to height limitations. Brandon went above and beyond (just like Danielle did) to help find another location that would work. Within a few days Brandon called back and was able to find another facility in Ten Mile in Meridian that could accommodate our needs. He called back when he said he would and even let the new site managers know about us, so our move-in was seamless and easy. They were also friendly, very helpful and professional (I believe their names were Kevin & Lila, but my interaction was quick as they had already done the paperwork). The site is clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. The Stor-it team truly made this frustrating search into a great experience.

Customer service was excellent! I texted to ask if they had units available and Brandon got right back to me. He explained thoroughly the units, prices, and billing procedures and made it very easy for me to come in to fill out paperwork. Best experience with storage yet.

Reserving a space online was very easy. The manager was friendly and helpful. The space was clean and secure. 24hr access is a big plus for those of us who've just moved to Boise and need access to our things during transition. A+++
