Storage in Boise, ID @ Allumbaugh

My wife and I will be Store-it customers for life. Specifically at any site managed by Brandon. He keeps the grounds tidy and is an expert at what he does. It gives us full confidence knowing he is the one looking after our belongings.

Helpful. We are downsizing our unit. It will take a few weeks to complete the process. They will credit the partial month payment/credit to the next month for the smaller unit. Every penny counts!

It is always clean there. And if you need assistance the employees are always helpful and nice. Brandon helped me out today and was extremely helpful! Thank you so much Brandon If I could give Stor-it Self Storage more than five stars I would!

This is by far the best storage facility I've ever used in the country. Great hours, convenient large unloading bays with elevators, and the price is very affordable. The staff has always been excellent as well and always go above and beyond to serve their customers. A+++++++

I would highly recommend them. The storage facility was extremely clean and neat and they made our lives really easy.

1 star for the Maple Grove location for not showing up at the time they posted on the door. I waited for 30 minutes, called and ended up going to the allumbaugh location. The guy working there was very helpful and got me into the storage unit that best works for me. So I give him 5 stars for efficiency and taking action when I needed the help. Much appreciated.

We needed climate controlled storage for our business records and decided to check out Stor-It. The managers could not have been nicer! They showed me two different size units, gave me a tour of the facility, and made sure all my questions were answered. I immediately chose the larger unit as the pricing was very reasonable and the location was so convenient. The entire place is in immaculate condition, and they clearly take a great deal of pride in their jobs and in the facility itself. We were so happy that we recently decided to rent an additional unit. We now have two, side by side. I am extremely relieved to have found a storage facility I trust and feel our records and personal belongings will be safe and well cared for.

This is the 3rd time we have rented from Stor-it and we really like the climate controlled. Joseph was very helpful and professional.

The staff at stor-it is extremely helpful and friendly. The storage units and facilities are always super clean. I highly recommend stor-it if you need extra space where your possessions will be safe.

I got very great customer service at the Franklin location in Boise Idaho. The state street one was not that great. And the prices were more for less space

The facility itself is very nice, but the staff went over and above to assist me when things didn't go exactly as planned! I am definitely glad I chose this place.

The best experience renting a storage unit ever! I was storing my belongings in two facilities while I was getting settled out of state, Stor-It took care of me 1000%. Always friendly, well priced, clean, and always willing to assist with your storage needs. If you ever come to Denver I’ll definitely find a need to store with you!

Climate controlled and 24 hr access are hard to find in the valley, reasonably priced with helpful and kind staff. Will highly recommend.

Oh my gosh! This is probably the best storage experience that I've ever had! Okay, so my unit is upstairs and it's a maze of hallways of metal walled units that totally give you "the backrooms" feels 😅 but seriously the elevator is huge, the hallways are just wide enough to get all of your things through and they have rolling carts and dollies at every entrance! I'm never going to use another storage!

The owner/staff, are very friendly and they are informative about the policies, rules, regulations, location is kept clean and neat as well. They do have fair prices also! I’d definitely recommend renting a storage unit from them.

I texted Joe through the storage website after looking up storage units. I was really irritated about there only being the smaller size available so that was showing in the texts. He was very polite and professional and answered the questions. Then showed me the unit. Awesome experience. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. I wish they had more smaller sized carts. The larger ones are difficult to maneuver around in the corners of the halls in the climate controlled building.

Store it self storage on allumbaugh a Franklin are people that in my opinion are just amazing. They run a clean safe business, I have never had a complaint. They have always been honest an understanding group of people. They called me with an offer. I had fallen behind on my payments due to some unexpected things going on in my life. They wanted to offer paying half my bill if I could bring the other half in too. An bring my account back to current. I thought they were gonna tell me they were auctioning it off for unpaid bills instead they wanted to thank me for staying in contact and help.🥲never heard of this before ever. He said he’s never done this before either but he was a real man dirty, sweaty working and I watched him pay the other half I highly recommend Store it self storage Allenbaugh storage self storage so grateful you guys love your customers you guys are awesome. I really love this storage facility they are super nice and accommodating they have a dock area to unload if you have an indoor unit they supply wheel carts and I believe it's 24hr access the prices are not that bad and the indoor units are temperature controlled

Great service by Cole and he even found me a spot for my cargo trailer at the Mitchell location. It hard to find storage now with all the transplants moving to ID.

The Allumbaugh, Boise Idaho facility has met my needs with its climate controlled storage space, competitive pricing, secure 24-hour access, and a professional and courteous staff.

The site manager, Cole, showed me the unit. He was very patient with my walking off the unit and visualizing my items. He answered my many questions. He was very courteous. I definetly felt this was the right decision. I had worked with Brandon at Camas Stor-It and he recommended the Allumbaugh facility.

Cole is the best. Super helpful and easy to work with. I love using this storage facility! Only thing I really wish they had were restrooms! I use this for my business and am there long periods of time and it’s rough not having a bathroom there! Other than that happy with my experience here!

The customer service was wonderful - I left a message I was looking to rent a small unit the next day the office personnel went to work checking all locations for availability. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I rented a unit and lost the card with the entry code. They replaced it no questions. My only problem was I had rented the unit after I had an episode of seizures and didn't have any recollection of renting it.

Very nice, didn't have the size storage unit I wanted but helped me find one that was close and would work. Lady on the phone was helpful and the guy at the counter was really sweet as well while talking through the paperwork.

I really like the brand new store-it on Allumbaugh. There is good availability of units, and the units and dollies are all new and in great shape. Access is 24/7. The pricing is reasonable too. We have only had our two units there for a few weeks, so will see how it works out over time and update if there are issues.
