We set up our storage unit all online and didn’t need to have any help with doing so. It was very easy to do and the instructions were easy to understand. Great location for us, too.

We are a neighbor to this facility and have used it a number of times for storing a boat, camper and furniture when needed. We were very pleased with this service. Recently we were experiencing a problem with a pine tree on their property that had grown so big it was negatively affecting our property. When bringing this to their attention, it was promptly addressed. Thank you for not only being a valued asset to the area but also good neighbors.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. After looking for an affordable storage for more than the better half of my day with absolutely NO availability from Boise clear to Middleton I decided to finally give up for the day..Shortly after i received a returned phone call from Lyndsey stating that a few units had just barely became available and they where up for grabs if we where still interested. Within seconds i was back on their website reserving a unit. When we arrived to sign our contract agreement we where greated with a very friendly smile and excellent customer service skills!!! That's very rare nowadays, so we are ever so greatful for the positive experience we received.

Used facility for over 10 years. Was always maintained and kept clean. Only issues were that was never able to get the size unit that would have worked best for me and the price kept going up every year, increased almost $100/month from when I first moved in. Didn’t see any Perks for these price increases.

Hello, I'd like to say that I was having a crazy day with all the built up stress I've been dealing with for the past 6 years or so. I'm a very literal person by nature, I was asked to see my drivers license. So I held it up in front of the gentleman behind the counter, I don't believe he was expecting anyone like myself to ever show up. Well on 04/14/2021 I did, I didn't let him take it right away until he said. "If you want a unit, I have to get a copy of your id", most people don't get my sense of humor with me being as literal as I am. However my overall experience at the Meridian, ID location that I rented was intact top notch. I would recommend this location to everyone based on the honesty, respect, and level of service provided to myself from the staff. The couple behind the counter, who's names I don't remember, made my afternoon. Can't thank them enough for that. As an old school raised man, I have to say I love the experience they provided me that day and I look forward to speaking with them again. The Stor-It location on Locust Grove in Meridian Idaho is THE place to store your items. The location is great, prices competitive, and the staff is fantastic. I was able to get my questions answered, look at the unit, and complete the paperwork/payment in a single visit. Highly recommended!

Well-kept facility. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and let me look at units before deciding on the one I needed. She was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. When I asked if the facility was new (because it looked so good) she answered that she lives on site and has been there twenty years! I compared prices before I chose Stor-it and chose it for both price and location.

Never had a problem while using them for the past 5 years. If you do sign a contract, and cancel early they will only give you credit, not cash. Other than this issue, they are great for storage.

Lisa was professional, efficient and very friendly. We were limited on time but Lisa made the process so smooth we were easily able to complete all our other business before closing. I also find it reassuring that they live there. My units in Alaska were burgled many times but now I feel more secure at Stor-it.

Great people and clean storage site. I used their packing tips and my stuff was storage perfectly. I stored stuff in my brothers garage without using storage tips and a lot was ruined. It is great that they provide these tips and it made my storage experience wonderful and I will be back next time.
