About a week ago I went in to see Liz about a possible unit rental for my household goods. I pondered the one closer to home vs. her location where the office is. She took the time she tell me the details about each one inc. sizes offered and pricing. I told her I would be back in a week. Well, that was yesterday and the truck delivering my goods was having a mechanical issue and was to be delayed uncertainly. I went about my day only to receive a call about 12:30 that they were at the storage location and needed the gate open. At that point, I hadn't even booked a unit yet. In a panic, I called LIz and she made it all happen inc. helping me with the online purchase so I didn't have to rush over to the office. Her customer service skills, knowledge, and quick thinking were a lifesaver! Thank you for being there!

Last week I had dropped my ID wallet. I had not noticed it gone until later on in the day. One of the employees found it, called me, and everything was there to include a $50 bill. What a wonderful staff member, I didn’t get his name, to go that extra mile to look me up and call me. I feel very blessed. I’ve done business with this business for nearly 10 years and they have exceeded my expectations of what a storage company should be.

I’m not very techy, and Greg came to my rescue and reserved the space for me on line. When I went to the office to actually sign up, Caleb processed all the paperwork in short order. These 2 men made my overall experience quick and easy! Thanks guys!

The employees were very helpful, even when I forgot how to use the lock. They stayed on the phone until it was open. Very clean place. Actually found that I have family Who have used the services such R.V. parking. Highly recomend!

Just finished renting from this location (your'e actually dealing with the Maple Grove office staff) and i have to say I've had an excellent experience. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff was always very courteous and easy to deal with, my unit was easy to access, and i really dont feel like i was over-paying for the unit. Each of the times i walked in there from starting up my unit to ending it, it was just so easy. Always walked out of there thinking it was super quick. anyways in regards to the user who's unit was broken into, we bought a heavy duty lock that cant be cut so we had some extra piece of mind.
