Rented before from Stor-it with no problem ever! So, in a jam, I rented a storage unit from them again. Staff was always, and is again, pleasant and helpful. This time I had to go online to get the 3rd month free. I have read reviews saying how easy the process is. Perhaps so when the system is working. But, again, office staff guided me through this new experience and, therefore, I’m qualified to get the discount! So thankful office staff! New problem: got almost everything in the unit (planned a second trip back to Stor-it to finish storing what I needed to store), locked the unit. The problem: the lock dial is facing the storage unit door! How am I supposed to get the unit reopened? Surely, Stor-it has seen this predicament before and would again be so kind and help me with this problem.

Dude was very polite health. Explain everything that I ask and encourage me to use the online app to get familiar with it easier to communicate with the store itself very pleased.

When I first checked in, the staff were very polite and very knowledgeable. They explained everything that need to be explained to me and help me understand what I had to pay and when it had to be paid and what I couldn’t have in storage and what I needed to do from there on. And all over experience was great. Thank you guys.

The units are very VERY nice but the lady working wasn't very friendly. It felt like she she wasn't in a good mood, she was very short and to the point. Shealso seemed annoyed.

This place is clean and friendly!

As an out of state college student, Stor-It was perfect for leaving some stuff in Boise over the summer. The ease of access is a lifesaver when scrambling to grab school supplies at the last minute and the great customer service made the entire process quick and easy!

My company has been using Stor It for going on 8 years at a couple different locations. It has been trouble free which these days with customer service and drama dealing with companies being the norm that speaks volumes.

I just barely rented a unit, but I am a long time return customer.

My experience was amazing, I just got online reserve the unit. All the sizes where their options were available, $20 deposit for that un. It went down to the location. Pay a little bit more money which was like half the price of the. Cause I was painted at another place for the same size unit. I like the fact that it's 24 hours availability. And perfect location staff was very nice. Very professional and you don't have to buy your own lock. The last place I was at the charge of $21 for a lock that I had to use. Because you can't buy your on lock kind of crazy right? I recommend this place to everybody

At first I was kind of iffy, just because they wouldn't take a copy of my ID off my phone due to it being stolen. But I went ahead went to the DMV got a new license and they were flawless. The gentleman and the gal and their little baby were amazing! Thank you for the wonderful service and I look forward to being a very tendered customer. Or maybe even become a competition since I've been looking into getting my own store. But the unit I have one of them store for RV. I think it's the 40 by 18 unit it's exactly what I needed for my truck and tools.

Stor-It Self Storage is clean, friendly and conveniently located business. The receptionist greeted me with a smiled and looked up various storage sizes and prices for me. Their prices are fair and competitive with other similar businesses. She let me look at the different sizes until I picked one. She was very knowledgeable about the business and contracts and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with their service and glad I chose them.

Only complaint is why they increased our rent? Property taxes in boise are headed downward and although im sure they have to increase wages to meet market pay for their employees, $20 increase is a bit much for all tenants. Aside from that, place is clean and fairly secure. Would recommend.

Got a unit here with my girlfriend. We LOVE the frog decorations. I brought up how we thought they were cool and the guy behind the desk gave us free pens and a coffee tumbler. Now every time we visit it feels like home a little bit :)

I arrived close to closing time. I reserved online and the contract was ready to go and she went over it quickly but efficiently. I was out the door in less then 5min.

I've been at Stor-It Self Storage for probably a year now and I've never had any problems they've got cameras on site my lock has never been tampered with the storage unit itself is safe and strong. Never had any problem with pests. The price is great, extremely reasonable and if there is an issue- I'm able to talk to them and they work with me on my payments. I always make my payment that month but sometimes it's two weeks late. The owners are people oriented and not just money driven. This place rocks!

Easy to find, large facility. The manager was very easy to talk to and was quick to help me understand what size unit I needed. Total time in office was about 10 minutes, including signing all of the paperwork. Units are in good shape for being outdoors. No pest activity either! I'm excited to continue business with them.

They were polite, professional and prepared. The unit was clean when we moved in. We had a 2 ton truck with lift gate and had room to maneuver. No complaints.

I really want to do a 4.5! The front desk/office staff (?) are always super helpful and really nice. I had a small issue with some pest damage (only reason this isn't a 5) but it's explicitly stated in their contract that they're not responsible so I can't be too upset with them 😅 I'm currently in a smaller unit than the one I had rented previously but neither one has had any weather damage. Suuuuuper nice having 24-hr access

I just moved to Boise from Fort Myers, FL and I just had an amazingly awesome experience setting up my storage unit. Lintsey (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong but I was 90% sure that is what you said) was incredibly friendly and informative; 10 out of 10 type of person. Anyways it was easy, and the most affordable unit I could find. Oh and I noticed they are about to expand, too; so, come on in, there will be plenty of space!

they need to be more organized and less pest friendly. I was fined for being late on rent and I thought it was on auto pay I would say it’s my fault and admit that but they have to send an email at least or anything to remind you but nothing was received I guess so they can cash out the $85 bucks also their units are old and dirty plus rodents issues, Rabbits just freely hangout and chill and you tell management and they don’t really care about it they said there’s some bait boxes but never seen any, Ive moved from a storage where I didn’t had a single complaints but I needed something bigger that was it. Dave n Liz are nice they are on top of their things but storages need definitely a lot of work to be done to them to get them fixed up. Prices wise meh they’re alright nothing too fancy which I don’t really expect but their prices per foot about the same where I moved out from which to remind you it was a 5 stars storage. In conclusion this place is a good place to rent if you don’t really care about perfection. service and office people are good 5 stars for customer service 3 for accessibility 5 stars for cleanness 4 stars for overall units condition
