Storage in Nampa, ID @ Kings Rd.

Great people. Highly recommend

There are a lot of storage facilities in the Nampa area, but this is the only facility that I will ever pay for a unit. The location is great, I love that N. Kings Rd. feels a bit remote. Getting in and out of the facility is never an issue. The on-site manager, Joe, always goes above and beyond. He’s a huge reason why this facility will always have my business. He is incredibly friendly, and always has my best interest in mind as a customer. I recently needed to switch units as I had to downsize to a climate controlled unit for the summer heat. Joe made the entire experience easy and painless. When I expressed that I wanted to keep my previous lock, he went out of his way to make sure that I could. Lastly, I’d like to note that the facility is always incredibly clean, and there are plenty of carts available for moving heavier items. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to store something long term. You won’t regret it.

Joe is awesome and has amazing customer service. Every time we’ve came in there he’s come out and greeted us, offered waters and candy for the kids. I was there to drop off my Yakima skybox and when I pulled it off I had dropped two of the barrel pins without knowing. I came back about a month later and tried to put the skybox back on, noticing it was missing two pins. I looked everywhere and when I spoke to Joe he had said he had grabbed them. He was a total life saver. Thanks Joe

I rented a small storage space from Stor-it self Storage a few days ago. I would like everyone that reads this to know I was very pleased about how things were. Joe, the manager, was real friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The storage unit I rented was very clean, as was all the parking areas wherever I looked. The rental price for my unit was within my budget, cheap compaired to several other rental places. Needless to say I was very satisfied with my experience at Stor-It Storage.

Stor-It self storage was very easy to work with. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I texted after hours not knowing if it would go through. But it did go through and they texted me right back and gave me the information I'd asked for.

I have been a customer for many years. This company no matter the location has always gone above and beyond! As part of a plan to raise money for the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation they have graciously offered to donate their services to store items until the end of our collection. Thank you a million times for being an amazing community involved business that truly cares for your customers!

What amazing customer service!! The manager here (Joe? I think, terribly bad with names) this gentleman went above and beyond for me, came in 2 hours early because the gate malfunctioned and wouldn't open, so he comes early and manually opens the gate so I could get to our unit and get my day started on time for work! Lifesaver! Hero in disguise! Totally recommend this place for all your storage needs. Definitely will keep my business here. Hats off to you sir!!

Really great to work with! I never had any issues. Stored all my belongings here for 9 months and felt such peace of mind knowing they were safe here. I stopped by several times and never had any issues getting in or feeling unsafe. Really easy move in and out. Management was so easy to work with. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

Never worried about my items. It was great to have my classroom items stored over several months in a clean and secure unit. Wonderful customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Joe was nice and helpful. He knew the process of opening a unit very well so I was in and out in a few minutes. The office was clean and the unit I reserved looked great.

This is the second time I’ve rented from Stor-It Self Storage, this time in a different location. I didn’t bother to call around and price check because it was a pleasant experience the first time. The unit and the lot is very clean and everything works the first time. I wasn’t rushed on my questions and I do appreciate that. Joe brings great energy to the place and was very informative. If I were to recommend a storage to someone this would be the place as well as there other locations.

This is the best storage place I've ever used. Very welcoming and understanding. I have cleaning business so I keep supplies here while in between houses and I always have access. I give 5 stars because it's very clean and not busy and over packed and also very well lit if it's dark. Very affordable also

The facility looked well maintained. Had no problem renting and finding the unit that was rented to me. Office staff was very nice and polite. Only thing that was negative to me is that they advertise using U-haul and have one of the u-haul vans parked out front of the facility. When I asked about renting it the person in the office told me I could not rent it and to try going to some of the other U-haul places in the area.
